Licence Agreement
This End User License Agreement sets out the terms under which you may use the Pandem hosting platform and software. Please read it carefully.
Last updated: 16 October 2026
1. Acceptance of the agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Pandem hosting platform, dashboard and related software (the "Service"). By creating an account, placing an order or using the Service, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Licence granted
Pandem grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Service for the duration of your subscription, solely for your own lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. Restrictions
- Do not resell, sublicense or make the Service available to third parties except as expressly permitted.
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the platform, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Do not use the Service to host or distribute illegal content or malware, or to conduct attacks, spam or fraudulent activity.
- Do not circumvent, disable or interfere with security, rate-limiting or billing features.
- Do not use the Service in a way that disrupts our infrastructure or other customers.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, for all activity carried out through your account, and for the lawfulness of the content and applications you host. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws at all times.
5. Availability and warranties
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis without any guaranteed service level unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This does not affect the mandatory legal guarantees applicable to consumers.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pandem shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data, profit or business arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Suspension and termination
Pandem may suspend or terminate your access to the Service in the event of non-payment, breach of this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required to protect the infrastructure, other customers or to comply with the law. Upon termination, the licence granted to you ends and your data may be deleted after any applicable retention period.
8. Data and privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy, in compliance with the GDPR.
9. Intellectual property
The Pandem platform, dashboard, trademarks, logos and software remain the exclusive property of Pandem. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you other than the limited licence described above. You retain all rights to the content and applications you host.
10. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its formation, interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
11. Changes and contact
Pandem may update this Agreement from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. For any question, contact us at contact@pandem.fr. Publisher identification is available in the legal notice.
