Why this one
Three sites, all in France
Tours, Lyon and Saint-Cyr, replicated between them. Your mail does not leave the country to be delivered, filtered or stored.
Never scanned for advertising
There are no ads in this product and nothing to target them with. Your mail is filtered for spam and viruses, indexed for your own search, and nothing else.
Your domain, your addresses
Bring the domain you already own. Add mailboxes, aliases and a catch-all, hand a colleague admin rights, and keep every address when you leave.
Spam filtering on every plan
Filtering is not an upgrade. Every plan gets the same anti-spam and antivirus; the cheaper ones simply hide the Junk folder, so you see less of it.
What we can see, and what we cannot
Most mail providers describe their privacy in adjectives. Here is ours in specifics, including the part that is less flattering.
Privacy, precisely
The honest limit: your mail is stored unencrypted on our servers; only the off-site copies of our backups are encrypted. Spam filtering and server-side search need to read the message. We are not a zero-access provider and will not pretend to be: if you need mail nobody but you can ever open, use end-to-end encryption on top, and do not take anyone's word for it, including ours.
Our tools show metadata, not content
Our administrators can see that a mailbox exists, how big it is, when it last signed in and what you pay. No screen in our panel shows a subject line, a message body or an attachment. Someone with access to the servers could technically reach stored mail; French criminal law on the secrecy of correspondence forbids it, and the actions below are recorded.
Staff actions on your mailbox are recorded
If an administrator resets your mailbox password or creates a credential on your mailbox, the system records who, which account, from which address and when, and you receive an email. A rule nobody can check is not a rule.
French law, not just our promise
In France the confidentiality of correspondence is protected by criminal statute, not only by contract. We are a French company, billed in France, answerable in France.

Webmail that opens instantly
Threads, search and folders in your browser, nothing to install.
Your phone and desktop client
IMAP and SMTP for Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook or your phone, on plans that include external access. Autoconfiguration means most clients only need your address.
App passwords, not your account password
Each device gets its own named credential, limited to the protocols it needs and revocable on its own. Losing a phone does not mean changing everything.
Share a domain with your team
Invite a colleague to administer the domain's mailboxes without giving them your account. They pay nothing and it costs them no service slot.
Leave whenever you want
Your mail is standard IMAP: on plans with external access, any mail client or migration tool (Thunderbird, imapsync…) can copy it in or out with folders and dates intact.
Backups that survive a deletion
Replication between our sites is for availability, not safety: a deletion reaches all three within a minute. On plans that include it, backups are written outside the replication set.
Asked before you ask
Questions
No screen or API in our panel returns a subject, a body or an attachment, and staff actions on your mailbox are recorded and notified to you. What staff see is metadata: that a mailbox exists, its size and quota, when it last signed in, and your billing state. Your mail is not encrypted on our servers, so this rests on how the software is built and on the law, not on mathematics.
